1. SMS messaging terms

By checking the SMS consent box on one of our registration forms, you agree to receive text messages from School of Soul at the mobile number you provide. School of Soul is a program of Physician Transformation Institute Inc, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, which is the only sender on this program. These messages may include registration confirmations, retreat logistics, travel reminders, and session updates.

• Message frequency varies — typically up to about 10 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase, registration, or attendance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Registration and payment

A seat on the retreat is held once payment is received in full or the first instalment of an agreed payment plan has cleared. Prices are per person or per ticket as stated on the registration page and cover the inclusions listed there.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Retreat payments are refundable in accordance with the cancellation terms presented during registration. Because retreat capacity is strictly limited and rooms and travel are reserved in advance, late cancellations may be non-refundable. Please contact us before cancelling so we can explain the options that apply to your booking.

4. Travel and documentation

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any visa or entry documentation required for travel to Costa Rica. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip interruption and medical evacuation.

5. Health and participation

Retreat activities may include movement, breathwork, and other practices. You agree to disclose relevant medical conditions to us in advance and to participate within your own physical limits. Nothing offered at the retreat is medical treatment, and it does not replace advice from your own physician.

6. Assumption of risk

Travel and group retreat activities carry inherent risks. By registering you accept those risks and agree that School of Soul Retreat and its facilitators are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Photography and privacy

We may photograph or record portions of the retreat for our own promotional use. If you would prefer not to appear in any such material, tell us before the retreat begins and we will respect that.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your registration is the version that applies to your booking.
